A night out! Woah! What is that??? We went out fri night to Wing Alley (ps its amazing and I love them!) Boneless honey mustard wings and curly fries...yum!!!! Then Grant and Shannon wanted to go bowling so we went to Kissimmee AMF lanes and waited for a lane! There was some very interesting karaoke happening that made me want to gouge my ears out!! We bowled, and drank and drank lol! We ended up trying out the new place Alligator Alley...the big green castle country bar! It was fun! Had a great time and fun ensued! It was a great evening full of fun that I havent done in a LONG time! Which left me paying for the weekend today! I had a gallbladder attack from eating so much junk food this weekend and had alot of tummy issues! Back to watching what I eat fat wise! Havent eaten in 24 hours, starting to get an appetite back, but will wait for the morning to see whats going on! ps If you have a gallbladder and it likes you, good for you, if you have one and it hates you, I feel your pain! If you dont have yours anymore, whats it like???
I guess fun friday was tons of fun but lesson learned right??

Thoughtful Thursday 2/11/11

LOVE THIS!! This week my house has been a disaster so I tried to get some last minute cleaning done before my brother and sister in law came into town and it was like a train wreck!!! I needed to mop the floors so I made the dumb choice of doing it while she was awake and now I have little monkey feet trailing all over the floor, so I left it! I said forget it! If I was dumb enough to do it when she was awake, then its my fault its that way! Alot of my friends struggle with keeping a clean house but honestly, is it worth it??? I clean only to have her mess it all up 5 minutes later? Mike loves a clean house and I try but really? I would rather enjoy a few quiet minutes blogging or facebooking or anything other than cleaning!!! So the struggle continues!!!

Trashy Tuesday 2/8/11
Have to catch up a bit on my blog! So here come a few updates!!
So this week's trashy Tuesday.....GLEE!!!
SO glad its back on again! The superbowl episode was great, loved the new material! But lets focus on "Silly Love Songs"! The puck/lauren dynamic makes me wonder where thats going to go....is it just like the hit dude falls for the poor fat girl...so far Lauren seems like a different character than the poor fat girl thank God! She kicks Santana's booty, fantastic. ALso this episode we saw a different side to Santana, the softer side! I am thinking her and Sam will hook up when Quinn and Finn blow up. As for the songs, not too bad. The only 2 I didnt like were PYT and My funny valentine...she got all sappy and broke down....thought it was a bit much!! And FINALLY Kurt tells Blaine how he feels when Blaine sings to another dude and looks to Kurt for a shoulder! I think we will see a really cool relationship blossom for them! Lots of relationship drama this week!!! Oy! SO glad to have Glee back!!!

Make My Meal Monday
So I'm a little late, but I didnt cook anything note worthy until today! Here's Mike's favorite meal!
Meatloaf
1 lb ground beef
1 rolly thing of sausage
1 sleeve of saltines
1/2 bottle of chili sauce
2 eggs
1 packet of meatloaf seasoning
Mix all together and back at 375 for 1 hr! Thats it!
Cheesy Ranch potatoes
1/2 bag of Red potatoes
8oz sour cream
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 pkg ranch dip
Cut potatoes into small cubes, boil until soft. Drain and mix all together with rest of ingredients. Bake in 375 oven approx 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden!
This has been his request for a very long time!!! Super tasty and easy without a little helper around!!!

Fun Friday 2/4/2011
So, most of you know we went out of town for our anniversary and went camping! Here's where we went :

All in all we had a great time doing nothing. I read books, mike played poker on his phone. We laughed, enjoyed being just us again and met some interesting neighbors! My parents were nice enough to set us up there and watch Caitlin for the weekend! Mike and I enjoyed our time alone! We got to eat steak for our anniversary, yum! I was just excited to not have to share with anyone!!! We both said we cant believe we got married 5 years ago!!

Thoughtful Thursday (2/3/11)
Thought: Are you raising good children or Godly children?
Someone asked this question on face book earlier and the more I thought about it we focus so much on making sure our children are good, we forget to make sure they have a heart for God! My challenge this month to myself is to pray with Caitlin, and tell her a few bible stories to show her God's love. Also, I am going to be sure we start praying before our meals (duh me I should have been doing this from the start I know) I remember from very early learning about God and all he had created and now, its time to pass it on! Its important we raise Godly children who mind God, and in turn mind their parents! Anyone care to join me in this challenge this month??

Trashy Tuesday
The Bachelor **spoilers from last night so if you havent gotten to see it, dont read this yet!!**
Vegas...doesnt this seem familiar to the Bachelorette!!! One on One date with Shawntel. She gets to go on this shopping spree through stores Ive never heard of....then returns to the suite where all the women show off their jealous side wishing they had the "pretty woman" moment..ugh. So are they after money or love? Michelle (the crazy hair stylist who I will call crazy from now on) driveled on and on about how much that date should have been for her..waa. Shawntel changes and the head to dinner on the hotels roof. Then she tells brad she is a funeral director and embalmer...and goes into WAY too much detail....vomit, but Brad still gives her the rose..fireworks...kiss done My prediction, she wont make it to then end because of her job...it will freak him out
Group Date aka The Emily Date with tag alongs
So they go to th Nascar track and the big secret from Brad, he doesnt know Emilys fiancee was a driver/owner...they keep that up for most of the first part of the date...blah blah. I like Emily and all but not as much as other girls. Brad has like 4 one on one times with her after she tells him so he can "check" on her. They show Emily triumphantly driving around the track aand saying its about leaving her past there....woo...All the other girls are mad, and cry on their alone time with him about it being the Emily Date.. One girl in particular was way annoying...Alli. Every 5 seconds it was waa, waa, emily, blah blah...Chantal was upset too but had a nice one on one with Brad. BUt, since its the Emily Date, she got the rose
2 on 1 date- The battle of the Ashley's
Cirque de Soleil show..then the surprise they are performing in it...this is such a rip off of the bachelorette, where Ali and Roberto did the lion king! So they practice, looks like fools and then head to dinner...there was no real depth into this date so it felt sudden when he sent AShley S home. I really thought the other one was going home for all her comments in last weeks group date. Brad said he didnt see Ashley S as his wife...waa okay, she was sweet but apparently wasn't a good fit! So Brad and the other Ashley perform in a strange Elvis number...it was short thank God!
Elimination
So Brad pulls Alli aside for some special one on one time....woo. Thought she was a goner Then Crazy pulls him aside to a room, shuts the door and tells him he cant talk...she babels on for a few minutes in clearly wasnt a thought out idea and then says get rid of some girls, blah....shes creepy. So down to the roses.....seriously he gives Crazy the first rose.....cant he see how creepy she is??? Anywho, no surprises in elimination tonight Lisa M and Marissa go home. I dont think Ive ever seen either one of them talk to Brad alone, other than one time this evening. So now the show moves to Costa Rica and Fantasy Bachelor on FB says the following stuff happens:
someone volunteers to rappel down a waterfall
Someone tells BRad they Love him..
someone sneaks some alone time in his room
Someone challenges him about the decisions hes making
Someone says they hope Chantal gets attacked by Monkeys...
Sounds interesting right? Im guessing all the last 3 things are done by Crazy! Any thoughts??? Tomorrow, Wordless Wednesday!!!
